Low and others, complainants’ predecessors in title, of a large body of land including the tract of 194 acres claimed by defendants Abraham Midkiff and Newton Midkiff; the execution on September 15, 1882, of a deed by Low and others, plaintiffs in the action of ejectment, by J.
