Howison v. Nicholson

The appellee brought suit on an account, for medical services rendered and medicine furnished during the year 1920 to the tenants of appellant, and recovered a judgment. There was no denial of the fact that the services were rendered, and medicine and drugs furnished, and that the account was true and correct. The question, and the only question, is the liability of the appellant.
