STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Defendant appeals conviction of Intimidation as a class D felony1 and Resisting Law Enforcement as a class A misdemean- or.2 We reverse and remand for a new trial.

On March 14, 1987, Officer Don Fish of the Jasonville Police Department received a telephone call from Peter Cantu about trouble with Cantu’s neighbors, the Hydes.
