The record in this cause is most voluminous, and contains some 50 pages of matter wholly foreign to the issues here presented.

"We know of no better mode of preventing the encumber*470ing of records with so much foreign substance, than that of compelling the plaintiff in error to pay for it. Hence, in this cause, $20 of the costs of transcript herein will be taxed to the plaintiff in error.

Two errors are here assigned for the reversal of the judgment of the District court.
