Appellee brought this suit to recover damages on account of severe personal injuries alleged to have been received by her on July 7, 1907, while she was- riding on one of appellant’s passenger trains near Poindexter, Kentucky. There is but one count in the declaration and it charges that appellant so negligently managed certain of its trains running in opposite directions, on the same track, that they collided and ran together whereby appellee, while being carried as a passenger upon one of said trains, was thrown with great force and -violence on the floor of the car, in which she was being…
