Action on the case for pauper supplies furnished a person found destitute in the town of Friendship. The case is *287reported on an agreed statement of facts of which the pleadings are made a part.

The case states that the pauper formerly lived and had a legal settlement in the town of Bristol, but sometime prior to January 1, 1916, came to Friendship and has since “resided” there.
