This is a suit for au injunction to restrain the prosecution of certain work of improvement sought to be undertaken and carried out under and pursuant to the provisions of chapter 83 of the Revised Laws as amended by Acts 29, 112 and 157 of the Session Laws of 1911. The bill avers, in substance, that the plaintiff is a citizen and taxpayer of the Territory, residing in the city and county of Honolulu; that he is the duly appointed, qualified and acting trustee under the will of Kaleipua Kanoa, deceased, and is the owner of a certain described parcel of…
