In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kangs County (Silber, J.), dated April 27, 2016, as granted that branch of the motion of the defendant Bojidar Kostadinov which was for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against him.
Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with one bill of costs to the plaintiff payable by the defendant Bojidar Kostadinov, and that branch of the motion of the defendant Bojidar Kostadinov…
