GRIFFIS, P.J., for the Court:

¶ 1. Jason Pruitt appeals the chancellor’s denial of his petition to modify custody. We affirm in part and reverse and remand in part for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.

FACTS

¶ 2. Jason and Lisa were married on March 22, 2003.

¶ 3. On March 26, 2010, Lisa and Jason were divorced by an agreed final judgment of divorce on the grounds of irreconcilable differences.
