In this workmen’s compensation case the claimant has appealed from the action of the court below in sustaining the exceptions of his employer and its insurance carrier to an award of compensation for partial disability and, in effect, entering judgment in their favor. The most remarkable feature of the case is its long history; for fourteen years it has been shuttled back and forth between referees and boards and was twice before the common pleas.
