REED, Judge.

On February 21, 1968, Donald Ray Bell, the appellee, was arrested near a small town in Indiana and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicants, contrary to the law of that state. According to Bell, he was taken to the home of a Justice of the Peace; he was not allowed to make a phone call; he was not intoxicated, but because he had insufficient cash for bond and the officials would not accept a check and also because he could not afford the delay or the consequences thereof in view of his occupation, that of a truck driver, he entered a plea of guilty…
