In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the defendant Global Universal Group Ltd. appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Rosengarten, J.), dated October 25, 2013, which granted the plaintiffs motion, inter alia, for summary judgment on the complaint, denied its cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, and, thereupon, amended the caption by substituting SDF 19 Linden, LLC, as the plaintiff.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
