In this case there was a trial of the issues to the county court of Red Willow county, resulting in a judgment for defendants. For the plaintiff, in the course of an attempted appeal of the action to the district court, there was filed a transcript of the proceedings in the county court, which, it is conceded, was not so filed within the time prescribed by statute.
