I. Introduction

THIS MATTER comes before the Court pursuant to a Complaint filed by the Chapter 7 Trustee of the above-named debtors in which he seeks an order declaring dissolution and directing windup of a partnership, an order authorizing sale of partnership property free and clear of the interest of the partnership and general partners and for a partnership accounting.
