MEMORANDUM & ORDER
GLASSER, District Judge.
Frank LoCascio has moved this Court, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255, for an order that would vacate a judgment of conviction entered on June 23, 1992. This is his fifth endeavor to obtain relief since then, preceded by four motions pursuant to Rule 33, Fed.R.Crim.P. in which he sought a new trial. The bases upon which those motions were brought are summarized in this Court’s decision in United States v. Gotti, 171 F.R.D. 19 (E.D.N.Y.1997) with which familiarity will be presumed.
