MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDERS
NEESE, District Judge.
The defendant and third-party plaintiff Cessna Aircraft Company (Cessna) moved *519the Court “ * * * to cancel the oral deposition of Mr. Russell W. Meyer, Jr. * * * ” now scheduled for January 14, 1977, and to require the same to be taken on January 13, 1977. The purport of Cessna’s contention is that one of its attorneys herein, Mr. Paul R.
