This appeal is solely concerned with John T. Bearden as a plaintiff in this civil suit as to claims he asserted in a third party demand. The essence of his complaint in this appeal is that he was forced by the trial *1004court to go to trial in this civil suit without counsel. Bearden’s claims stem from personal injuries sustained in a one-car automobile accident which he (and Katherine D. Austin) attribute to a blowout of a Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (Goodyear) tire which was on an automobile rented from Sherman Simon Enterprises, Inc. (Sherman Simon). Sherman Simon was insured…
