Appeal from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court (Ferradino, J.), entered February 6, 2008 in *1346Saratoga County, which dismissed petitioner’s applications, in two proceedings pursuant to RPTL article 7, to reduce the 2003 and 2004 tax assessments on certain real property leased by petitioner.
