This is an appeal from an order of seizure and sale. The only ground urged in argument by the appellant in this court is, that he has filed the plea of prescription in this court, and he *619urges that the notes are prescribed on their face.- It has been often decided by this court that the only question which can be examined in a case on appeal from an order of seizure and sale, is, whether or not the evidence before the judge a quo authorized the fiat.
