[¶1] Mandi Kleinpeter, n/k/a Mandi De-Leon (Mother), and Dedrick Kleinpeter (Father) divorced after having two children together. About four months after entry of the Decree of Divorce, Father filed a motion for an order to show cause why Mother should not be held in contempt for failing to allow Father in-person and telephonic visits with the couple’s children.
