ORDER SUSTAINING TRUSTEE’S OBJECTION TO DEBTORS’ CLAIM OF EXEMPTION, AND DECLARING STATE STATUTE UNCONSTITUTIONAL

This Chapter 7 case came on before the Court on July 27, 1989, for hearing on the Trustee’s objection to Debtors’ claim of exemption. Chapter 7 Trustee Mark C.
