This was an administrator’s action for the alleged wrongful death of Allen Risoni, sixteen years of age. The defendants were Clayton D. Carlson and his father, A. J. Carlson. Defendants joined in a demurrer to plaintiff’s amended petition upon *632the ground that it does not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action in favor of plaintiff and against defendants, and for the reason that it affirmatively shows on its face that plaintiff is barred from recovery.
