Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant was convicted following a jury trial of criminally negligent homicide as a lesser included offense of murder in the second degree for caus*948ing the death of a girlfriend by strangulation. Upon our review of the record, we conclude that the verdict is supported by sufficient evidence and is not against the weight of the evidence (see, People v Bleakley, 69 NY2d 490, 495).
