OPINION AND ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR ATTORNEY’S FEES

This copyright dispute was tried to the Court without a jury in 2006. The Court filed an opinion finding for the plaintiff on part of its claims and awarding damages in a significantly smaller amount than sought. On the issue of attorney’s fees, the Court held: “The Court finds that no party except Fred Wager has prevailed in full in this case, so the award of attorney fees is inappropriate.” Thoroughbred Software Intern., Inc. v.
