HANNA, Judge.
The defendant, James Richardson, was convicted, by a jury, of four counts of forcible rape, § 566.030, RSMo 1994, and one count *818of forcible sodomy, § 566.060, RSMo 1994. The court sentenced him as a prior and persistent offender to five terms of life imprisonment. Two of these terms run consecutively, while the remaining terms run concurrently. The defendant appeals from his conviction and the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief without an evidentiary hearing.
