People v. Filitti
Appellate Court of Illinois
1Opinion of the CourtJustice Dunn

On appeal, the State contends that the trial judge erroneously concluded it was barred from relitigating the issue of whether there was probable cause to arrest defendant when that issue had been resolved in defendant’s favor at a statutory summary-suspension hearing. We reverse.
