LEISURE, District Judge.
The plaintiffs in this action seek to recover damages under the Federal Securities laws, common law, and New York’s General Business Law; and they seek declaratory relief as well. Certain defendants moved for summary judgment under Fed. R.Civ.P. 56(b), essentially asserting that principles of collateral estoppel and/or res judicata block plaintiffs’ present claims in this Court. Based on the following findings of fact and conclusions of law, the Court grants summary judgment on all claims as to some defendants, and grants partial summary judgment on only certain claims…
