HARRIS, Associate Judge:
Appellant was charged with second degree murder in connection with the death of Charles Perry. D.C.Code 1973, § 22-2403. A jury found him guilty. At sentencing, he was committed to the custody of the Attorney General “for treatment and supervision” under § SOlO(b) of the Youth Corrections Act. 18 U.S.C. § 5010(b) (1970). We reject the argument that the Superior Court’s exercise of jurisdiction over appellant as an adult was improper, but find error in the trial court’s denial of the government’s request (acceded to by defense counsel) for a jury instruction on the…
