1Per curiam

Ruben Silva pleaded guilty to one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924(a)(2). The district court 1 calculated an advisory Sentencing Guidelines range of 30-37 months, to which neither party objected, and imposed an above-Guidelines sentence of 57 months. Silva appeals, arguing the district court committed procedural error and imposed a substantively unreasonable sentence. Because we disagree, we affirm the judgment of the district court.
