MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before the Court is creditor Nuvell Credit Corporation’s (hereinafter, “Nuvell”) objection to the confirmation of Debtor’s Chapter 13 Plan wherein Nuvell’s secured claim in Debtor’s 2005 Chevrolet Silverado would be bifurcated into secured and unsecured portions and “crammed down.” At issue is whether Nuvell holds a purchase money security interest in Debt- or’s vehicle.
