Kiewert v. Balaban & Katz Corp.

The plaintiff Minnie D. Kiewert brought her. action in trespass on the case in the superior court to recover damages for personal injuries sustained while attending a moving picture show at the Tivoli Theatre in Chicago, which was owned and operated by the defendant Balaban & Katz Corporation, a corporation.
