MEMORANDUM **
In No. 06-55403, Plaintiff Andy Atighi appeals pro se the district court’s order affirming the bankruptcy court’s judgment in favor of Defendants Robert Green, Elizabeth Green, and the Green Family Trust, upholding the validity of a foreclosure sale. In No. 06-55647, Plaintiff appeals the district court’s award of attorneys’ fees to Defendants.
