Divorce action. Ames Nowell instituted this action in the Domestic Relations Court of Dallas County, Texas against Marguerite Lovelett Nowell in which he sought a divorce and adjudication of property rights. Defendant wife, a resident of the State of Connecticut, was served with citation in that state.
