The original bill was filed in this cause to obtain a new trial after a judgment at law and to enjoin the execution on that judgment. The hill was demurred to on various and sundry grounds. The demurrer was sustained without specifying any particular ground and the suit dismissed. Consequently this appeal from that order was perfected.
