Plaintiffs-appellants Deluxe Sheet Metal, Inc. and Herrman & Goetz, Inc. appeal the trial court's judgment in favor of Plymouth Plastics, Inc.
The facts relevant to this appeal disclose that defendant-appellee Plymouth Plastics owns a parcel of real estate in Marshall County, Indiana. Plymouth Plastics contracted with Wright Construction Company to build a plant on the real estate.
