Elk County appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of the Fifty-Ninth *653Judicial District, Elk County Branch (trial court) granting the Elk County Auditors (Auditors) an extension until July 1, 2005 to complete and file the 2004 audit and ordering that the Auditors are entitled to be compensated for auditing services actually performed, provided that that the total compensation may not exceed $40,494.
