ASHBY, J.
By jury trial appellant was found to have committed robbery and to have been sane at the time of the commission of the offense. (Pen. Code, §§ 211, 1026.) He was sentenced to state prison.
At about 11 a.m. on April 15, 1977, appellant, dressed in a topcoat, top hat, and heavy glasses, entered the La Cumbre Plaza branch of the Security Pacific National Bank in Santa Barbara.
