Appellant prosecutes this appeal from a conviction, with punishment fixed at 15 years in the penitentiary, for an assault with intent to rape, based on an information charging rape.

Since appellant malíes no contention that the evidence was insufficient to support the conviction, it will not be necessary to set out in detail all the testimony. It is also noted here that the attorney who represented appellant in the trial court does not represent him on this appeal.
