*496 {¶ 1} Respondent, James S. Vivo, of Youngstown, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0071891, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 2000.
{¶ 2} On December 6, 2012, we suspended Vivo for one year, with the entire suspension stayed on conditions, for his incompetence and neglect in relation to his handling of a client matter and his failure to cooperate in the disciplinary investigation of his misconduct.
