This is a will contest, in which a daughter by a first marriage attacks her father's will and codicil, on the grounds of mental incompetency and undue influence. The jury found testator mentally competent, but the will and codicil were the result of undue influence exercised by proponent, the second wife, with whom testator had lived 28 years at the time the will was executed, 31 years at the date of the codicil, and to whom she bore a son, who was 12 years old at the date of the will.
