Appeal from Ionia; Dodds, J., presiding. Bill by Andrew J. Webber, receiver of the Ionia Manufacturing Company, against Silas P. Hovey and others, to recover unpaid subscriptions to the capital stock of said corporation. From a decree dismissing the bill, complainant appeals.

The bill sets forth, in substance, that the Ionia Manufacturing Company was organized on of about the 29th day of November, 1882, for the purpose of manufacturing windmills and other articles, under an act entitled “An act for the incorporation of manufacturing companies,” and all acts amendatory thereto, being chapter 124, 1 How.
