FOSTER, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment sustaining the action of the deputy commissioner in rejecting two claims for compensation, under the provisions of the Longshoremen’s and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act (33 USCA § 901 et seq.)

On December 17, 1931, John Green was accidentally fatally injured in the course of his employment as a longshoreman while working on the steamship Nishmaha in the Harbor of New Orleans.
