This is an indictment which charges a violation of G. L. 1956, § 11-19-18 1 . The case was tried to a Superior Court justice and a jury which returned a verdict of guilty as charged. It is before us on the defendant’s bill of exceptions, which includes, inter alia, an exception to the denial of his motion to quash. Because of the view that we take of this exception, discussion of the other exceptions is unnecessary..
