Plaintiffs-appellants, Dorothy Martin Gallagher and Frederick Gallagher, appeal from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting the summary judgment motion of defendants-appellees, Borden, Inc. and Wendy’s International, Inc.

In 1968, L.T. Realty Company entered into a lease with Helen Martin, Dorothy Martin Gallagher, Frederick Gallagher and Helen Martin, as guardian for Donald Martin, for the property at 2026, 2028 and 2030 North High Street; at the end of the lease, L.T.
