| jAppellant Peter Brave (“Peter”) appeals from the divorce decree entered by the Pulaski County Circuit Court on December 30, 2011, and the order on a posttrial motion to make additional findings of fact and to reconsider the divorce decree, filed on January 30, 2012. Appel-lee Marie Brave (“Marie”) filed a motion to dismiss the appeal. The court of appeals reversed and remanded the case to the circuit court, after denying the motion to dismiss the appeal, in a 4-2 decision. See Brave v. Brave, 2013 Ark.
