MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

BAKER, United States Magistrate Judge.

This cause came before the Court on the Movants’ Emergency Motion for An Immediate Adversarial Hearing and for Return of Seized Property and Documents (Doc. No. 1). The Court granted the motion to the extent it sought a hearing, and the matter proceeded to be heard before the United States Magistrate Judge at an evidentiary hearing held June 9 and 10, 1997, and completed 1 on July 15, 1997.
