It appears by a petition filed in this Court on the 7th day of May of the present year that a writ of error was taken to a judgment of the circuit court awarding a peremptory writ of mandamus in the ease of The State of Florida ex rel. Vincent Nuccio, Jr., v. W. T. Williams et al., constituting the inspectors and election officers of the County of Hillsborough. The cause is one in mandamus to compel a recount and recanvass of the votes cast at a general election for the office'of County Commissioner, District No. 1, Hillsborough County, Florida, held on the 6th day of November, A. D. 1928.
