This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court sustaining defendants' peremptory exceptions of no right of action, res judicata , and prescription, and defendants' declinatory exception of lack of subject matter jurisdiction, and dismissing all of plaintiff's claims against defendants, with prejudice.
