Undercofler, Justice.

Noble Atlas Spaulding was convicted of armed robbery and aggravated assault. He was sentenced to serve 15 years and five years imprisonment respectively to run concurrently. He appeals from these convictions. Held:

The evidence shows that on the morning of March 13, 1973, the victim of the robbery and her two children were at their apartment alone at 8:00 a.m. when she heard a knock at the door; when she responded she saw the appellant and his male companion walking down the steps.
