Plaintiffs in this action are Dane Reid, a minor, and his parents, James Reid and Lois Reid. In Count I of a three-count Petition, Dane Reid, by and through his next friend, James Reid, sued defendant, Glennon Timme, for personal injuries resulting from a collision between a motorcycle or “trail bike” being operated by Dane Reid and a pick-up truck being operated by Glennon Timme.
